I have been working out with Emile for over 3 years.  Out of all of the trainers that I have had over the past 10 years, I have seen the most results working out at SMX.  I love the efficiency of the workouts and clear progress that I have made during my tenure.  Several of my friends now work out at SMX as well, and agree that their results are far superior to previous methods or gyms.  All of the trainers are skilled and professional and can adjust workouts to your specific needs.  Whether I am training for a race or pregnant (like right now) my workouts are tailored to my unique situation.  If you are busy but want results through efficient workouts, SMX is the only gym you will need!!

I met Cheryl after 3 heart attacks, 6 vessel open heart surgery, and two strokes.  I didn’t believe in “Personal Trainers”.  I thought of them as an indulgence for the wealthy and pampered.  I was wrong.  Cheryl, despite my concerns about my compromised physical condition,
worked with me to help me restore my health.  I’ve lost 50 lbs. I’ve been working with her and am on my way to becoming more physically fit.  She has tracked my weight and my exercise.  She gave me a diet book to read which I skimmed and which helped me to adopt a healthier diet.  She pushes me forward in exercise to the point of failure sometimes.   She has learned many important lessons through her own experience and shared some of them with me.  One of the most important was that there is no shame in exercising to the point of failure.

My wife started training weight training with Emile Tujague in 1997. She felt so much better and stronger that I began training with Emile also. I was surprised by my increased strength, stamina, and confidence. How such a short, but intense workout can produce such results so quickly is amazing.
