Q: What is one thing that you take particular pride in regarding your training sessions?
A: Many exercise sessions, though well-intentioned, are performed rather haphazardly. These bouts of exercise may eventually produce some semblance of results, however “doing random exercises and letting the cards fall where they may” is not an efficient or effective way to utilize your time or effort. Our workouts are designed methodically and progressively. They are closely tracked and recorded accordingly, which all but insures you are never simply spinning your wheels. This well-planned strategy leads to legitimate progress after practically every workout session. The cumulative effect of these consistently productive exercise sessions becomes dramatic and quite rewarding.
