I met Cheryl after 3 heart attacks, 6 vessel open heart surgery, and two strokes. I didn’t believe in “Personal Trainers”. I thought of them as an indulgence for the wealthy and pampered. I was wrong. Cheryl, despite my concerns about my compromised physical condition,
worked with me to help me restore my health. I’ve lost 50 lbs. I’ve been working with her and am on my way to becoming more physically fit. She has tracked my weight and my exercise. She gave me a diet book to read which I skimmed and which helped me to adopt a healthier diet. She pushes me forward in exercise to the point of failure sometimes. She has learned many important lessons through her own experience and shared some of them with me. One of the most important was that there is no shame in exercising to the point of failure.
It is from our failures that we build up to our gains. I would recommend her to anyone.
