Eileen M. Wynne

I have been working with Emile Tujague III for 15 years.  Emile is exceptionally accomplished, dedicated and knowledgeable in the form of exercise called slow training. 
 I am a very busy professional and the 30 minute a week strength training sessions allow me to be toned and fit in the least amount of time.  Emile makes exercise fun and I enjoy working with him. He is an expert in his field and very warm and personable. I can’t recommend Emile highly enough.
