I have worked out with Marie Ann since 1998 and for 10 years at the current facility utilizing slow motion exercise. I rarely miss my 30 minute weekly session! She has worked with me through various injuries as well as after serious illness helping me to recover my strength.

The exercise helps me to feel really strong! As a result, my other workouts and exercises are easier and I feel less prone to injury. As a woman over fifty, the strength building is imperative to maintain strong bones. I love the power it gives me!
