Kim Gagnon

I have been training with Marieanne Delourme since early 2006 and the slow method has helped me develop new strength and discipline to attempt other programs such as yoga.
Marieanne brings 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge about nutrition, the science of exercise, performance to each session. Staying strong is essential to living strong and
