If it weren’t for Emile and SMX, I’d still be carting around all my baby weight! With 3 kids, I have no free time. SMX gets the most done in the least time so I can get back to other things. With only a half an hour, once a week, I can maintain muscle tone and stay fit. SMX gives me the energy to keep up with my children. It’s the only strength-training that fits my busy schedule and keeps me motivated to stay healthy.
