SMX is great. In just 30 minutes {or should I say two 30 minute sessions per week}, the super-slow resistance training builds and tones muscles beyond belief. I have more complete muscle development than I did at age 20. And with the strengthening of my legs, I can climb stairs easier than I’ve been able to do in many years. You should try it.
